Search Terms
If you type a name, location, or other detail into a search tool, that query is sent to the third-party provider that operates the tool. Chambers County Inmate Population does not keep its own log of those search terms.
Messages
If you email us or submit a contact message, the information you provide is used to review and respond to that message. We do not share those messages outside our organization unless a legal requirement applies.
Information Collected Automatically
Standard technical data may be recorded when a page loads, including:

Alabama public-records laws, including Code of Alabama sections 36-12-40 and 36-12-41, apply to public writings and copies held by public officers. They do not make this private site the custodian of sheriff, jail, court, ADOC, BOP, or ICE records.
